Unlike standard paper and pre-printed labels, the on-demand, custom formats of the SLS system, including its ink and labels, are FDA-approved for medical use. The unique synthetic base, adhesive, coating and ink formulation are designed to meet the performance and environmental conditions of your hospital’s operating rooms and patient care areas. SLS is an FDA-approved class 2 medical device whose safety and efficacy is assured by following the manufacturer’s installation and operation instructions and the use of approved supplies.
