Codonics Wins Governor's Award for Exporting Excellence

Codonics Inc. has been awarded the 2010 Governor’s Excellence in Exporting Award (EAwards) at the 3rd Annual Ohio Global Summit, “Navigating the Global Marketplace.” The Governor’s E-Awards program recognizes the exceptional achievements in exporting for Ohio companies and organizations.

Codonics exports account for over 60% of their sales with shipments to Europe, Latin America, Australia, Japan, China, Taiwan, the Middle East, Russia, Mexico, Canada, Africa, and extensively through Asia. Codonics engages with the U.S. Department of Commerce, U.S. Bureau of Industry and Security, The Office of Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”) of the US Department of the Treasury, and U.S. Commercial Attachés at many U.S. Embassies to continue to advance their export sale efforts.

Codonics global sales and service support network extends to over 110 countries and their products can be found in tens of thousands of hospitals, imaging centers, mobile medical units, and government facilities.

Since 1986, the Ohio governor has presented the E-Award to companies of all sizes that have excelled in exporting and to organizations that have helped Ohio companies achieve international success. Recipients include small, medium, and large manufacturers and service providers, as well as universities and nonprofit organizations with innovative international programs.
