Our latest innovation, The Safe Label System, is first in its class of advanced syringe labeling patient safety devices. The system ensures that syringe labels are fully compliant with the National Safety Patient Goals of The Joint Commission Standards and the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Guidelines for medication labeling. The system can be used to print syringe labels, IV line labels, invasive monitor lines and other operating room needs on demand.

In late 2010, at the Ohio eGov Award Ceremony, Codonics was honored with the Ohio eGov Award for Export Excellence by Governor Ted Strickland, sponsored by the Ohio Department of Development Global Markets Division. During the conference, Codonics spoke on: “Structuring International Distributor and Representative Agreements--Practical Issues of International Distribution Agreements Targeting Most Success" as well as "International Marketing Strategies that Support Your Distribution Channel and Build Your Brand."

Additionally, in December 2010, Codonics was selected to receive the 2011 “ThinkGlobal” Medical Exporter of the Year Award in the Medical Products category from Commercial News USA and the U.S. Department of Commerce.

In February, Codonics was invited to attend President Obama’s "Winning the Future" Forum at Cleveland State University in February when he and his cabinet visited Cleveland. We were honored to be part of the forum.
