How to Find the NP Series Serial Number and Printer ID:

The nine-digit serial number is located in two places. Open the lid of the printer and look at the right side of the chassis (main body, not the lid). The serial number may be found inside the printer. If the serial number does not appear inside, there will be a large, white sticker on the back of the unit. The serial number is located on the smaller sticker.

The serial number will start with 30C or 40C

The Printer ID is located in the right column on the T1 test print.
