How to Find the Horizon Serial Number and
Smart Card Number:

To find the serial number go
to the Horizon control panel:
Press Menu -> Utilities -> Imager Info
 
The serial number will start with 50C or 51C
 
Note: The serial number is listed as "Imager S/N" on the control panel. If the control panel is not accessible, the serial number is also located on the back of the imager.  
 
The Smart Card number (or "license code") is 11 digits, in three sections:
XXX-XXXXX-XXX, and is printed on the Smart Card.

 

The Smart Card can be found behind the door on the front of the imager, and is inserted in the slot to the left of the zip drive. To view the license code number, remove the Smart Card. Upon removing the Smart Card, the imager will reboot. Be sure to re-insert the Smart Card into the unit after recording the Smart Card number.
