Virtua XR Express Warranty provides a replacement imager if the problem cannot be solved by our technical support team. The first year's service is included on all Virtua Medical Disc Publishers. The Virtua XR Express Warranty option is available from the ship date of the Virtua Medical Disc Publisher for coverage beyond the first year and up through year five (years 2 through 5). It must be purchased at the time of the original sale and/or before the end of each warranted year. This warranty is available in single years, i.e. year two (2) only, or for multiple years, i.e. years two (2) through year five (5) for a greater savings. All parts are included. Codonics pays for the cost of freight and all applicable taxes.
