If the Sunrise Express or Return-to-Factory Warranties have not been purchased for a unit, the Sunset Express Warranty is the last opportunity to keep Horizon under warranty, provided the unit is still less than five (5) years old. This service covers an imager from the day the Sunset Express Warranty is purchased through the fourth year from the date of the replacement imager's shipment to the customer, making the replacement Horizon fully warranted for four (4) years. With the purchase of this warranty, a replacement Horizon of greater or equal functionality is sent upon receipt of a purchase order. Orders for this warranty must be received no later than 10:00 a.m. EST for same day shipment, otherwise, the shipment will be dispatched the following business day.
