If you opted not to purchase Codonics Depot Swap Service, the One-Time Swap Option is your last opportunity to keep your EP-1000 under warranty, provided your unit is less than three (3) years old. If your printer is older than three (3) years, your only service option is Return-To-Factory. One-Time Swap Service is available only to EP-1000 in years two (2) and three (3). The cost for this option is determined by the age of the printer. With the purchase of this warranty, the customer is immediately sent a replacement printer of greater or equal functionality upon receipt of a purchase order. Orders for this One-Time Swap Warranty option must be received no later than 12:00 p.m. EST for same day shipment, otherwise, the shipment will be dispatched the following business day.
