Depot Swap Service provides a replacement imager if the problem cannot be solved by our technical support team. This warranty option is available for the first five (5) years of the life of the printer and must be purchased within the first year from the printer's ship date. All parts are covered under this service, including the print head. This is a twelve (12) month program and it must be renewed before the end of the current year for the upcoming year. This warranty is available in single years, i.e. year two (2) only, or for multiple years, i.e. years two (2) through year five (5) for a greater savings. Codonics pays for the cost of freight and all applicable taxes.
